About us

PBS is a small team of passionate people who make up Premium Brand Solutions (PBS), a company that has been active since 2015. The customer experience is fundamental to us.

Based on our experience, know-how and interpersonal skills, the many direct partnerships we have forged in different industries, the feedback and input from our clients and partners, our energy and motivation, we have developed a website and brought together a rich selection of products and services from major brands, including new collections and star products from major partner brands, at attractive rates, accessible only twice a year, for the employees of partner companies.

No data is required. Once the access to the site is validated by the password received at the beginning of the sale, all you have to do is to make a selection of products in the basket. At the time of purchase, only the contact details for the private delivery address will be requested. None of this data will be communicated to third parties.

Orders, Products, Payment, and Delivery

Orders are generally delivered by the Post Office, in signature packages. In some cases (e.g. large furniture, electric bicycle, …) a specially appointed service provider is responsible for delivery to the desired home or place of delivery.

Yes, systematically, once the order has been placed.

The majority of orders are delivered between 15 and 20 working days after the end of the sale. When the goods are sent, a delivery document is sent electronically to the customer.

Yes, the products purchased on the site are guaranteed for 2 years by PBS. All products are of course guaranteed authentic.

Different types of credit cards, PostFinance, as well as bank transfer in advance.

Delivery costs are included from CHF 200. A flat rate of 10chf is counted for lower orders.
